I am in LOVE with this little darling....

 

I cannot begin to express how much I love this picture of my new little granddaughter. Shelli sent a batch of new pictures, bless her heart, and this one just grabbed my heart immediately. I cannot wait to see her again in May!

My darling son gets home in mid-July and I am so excited! He is having a wonderful mission and we are so proud of him.

Shelli's friend gave her this adorable little outfit and she loved it so much that she put it on Chiara for her trip home from the hospital. It has a little bear on it, and the hat has bear ears on it--even the attached slippers are little bears....too cute for words!

I sure miss our little angel! I am counting the days til I get to see her again....

Not to be ungrateful, but I still like my GRANDBABY better...

Here is my new oven, stove, and microwave/convection oven. They are finally all installed today, so I guess I better break out the novels that tell me how to use them....Have I mentioned that I HATE that? I made sure to buy my kids the same digital camera and cell phone that I have, so they could teach me how to use it. My motto is, "Just give me the oral report".... :) Guess I'm on my own with these new appliances-- that could get expensive! Too bad my 20 year-old old appliances couldn't just hang in there for a few more years... I have a lot of things I'd rather spend our money on. But they look nice and I'm super grateful for them....but still.
